Five area football players were honored last night at the 51st Moose Krause Scholar Athlete Awards in South Bend, including two Warsaw Tigers. Brody Duncan and Joshua Owens represented Tiger Football as scholarship winners. Six scholarships were awarded, ranging from $1,000 to $2,500. The Moose Krause Chapter represents the NFF (National Football Foundation). The evening included a social, polish style dinner, and awards program. Notre Dame Football General Manager Mike Martin was the keynote.
