The varsity baseball team lost at Plymouth 5-3 Saturday in a game delayed from Friday night because of rain. Warsaw took the lead on an unearned run in the opening frame. The Tigers returned the favor an inning later by committing an error that opened the door for Plymouth to tie the game at 1-1. The Tigers would retake the lead in the 3rd on a passed ball, putting Warsaw up 2-1. The Pilgrims scored 3 runs in their half of the 3rd to take their first lead of the day 4-2. Plymouth scored an insurance run in the bottom of the 6th, and the Tigers 7th-inning rally led to a run but came up short. Quinton Brock took the loss in his first start this season for Warsaw, going 3 innings and giving up 4 runs (3 earned) on 2 hits, striking out 7 and walking 4.
