A big 6th inning turned out to be the deciding frame as the Lady Tiger softball squad defeated Concord 10-8 Friday at the Tiger Athletic Complex. Already up 6-5 heading into the bottom of the 6th, the Lady Tigers plated 4 more runs to take a 10-5 lead into the 7th. Concord put together a 3-run 7th, but couldn't complete the comback. Raegan Robinson, Addison Eastwood, Harper Setser and Kami Luna each came away with two hits in the game. Addy Sainer and Lacy Cotterman both had a hit. The RBI’s were spread around with some timely hitting. Luna and Cotterman both knocked in two runs with two outs. Robinson, Eastwood and Setser each had one RBI in the game. Addison Eastwood pitched a complete game for the win, giving up 5 earned runs, striking out 5 while walking 1. JV played very hard but lost 13-8 in a 3-inning game. Saturday morning the girls face Goshen in a makeup game and Huntington North.
