Carmel 43 Warsaw 7 Warsaw faced a developed program with Carmel playing from a large squad. Warsaw demonstrated equal skills to their opponent, but could not stop the Carmel runs with tackles. Carmel continually broke through the defensive line to add Trys. Warsaw recovered strongly in the second half and Sean Smith scored the Try of the day when he kicked forward and recovered his own kick to run across for a Try. Brownsburg 40 Warsaw 10 Warsaw started really strong taking a lead in the 1st minute with a try from Qwincy Trumble. This was followed in the 3rd minute with a Try from Dillon Mora following an excellent run forward by Nicholas Bright. Brownsburg responded in the first half to score Trys in the 6th and 8th minutes. In the second half Brownsburg brought players off the bench and Warsaw were unable to hold territory in line outs and scrums. Brownsburg’s win was produced in the second half with freshness from the bench. Noblesville 26 Warsaw 19 Noblesville had a greater amount of players and were able to bring fresh subs off the bench. Warsaw played this game with no subs and all players on the field gave a huge amount of effort. Sean Smith scored a wonderful Try in the 4th minute and Qwincy Trumble added a Try in the 11th and 14th minutes. Sean Smith scored both conversions. This was Warsaw’s greatest game of the day. There were impressive displays by Sean Smith, Jaxten Taylor, Qwincy Trumble, Dylan Mora, with big improvements for Eric Ramirez, Mason Weaver and Nicholas Bright.
