Warsaw has hired Zach Harding as their new girls soccer head coach. Zach brings over 15 years of proven leadership experience, combining a strong operational background with a passion for developing athletes and teams. A U.S. military veteran, serving 4 years in the Army before transitioning into operations and plant management, he's currently teaching Engineering/Technology in his 4th year at the Warsaw Area Career Center. He has been married to Kristina for 23 years, and they have 3 children aged 10, 13, 16. For the past 3 years, Zach has been immersed in girls travel soccer, coaching with a hands-on and development-driven approach. Aside from commitment to grassroots soccer, Zach is currently scheduled for completion of the U.S. Soccer National D License, ahead of the upcoming high school season. Zach is a servant leader, focused on leading/developing with integrity, both on and off the pitch.
