The Lady Tiger Softball team used a 6-run 3rd and a 5-run 5th to blow out New Haven Friday 14-3 in 5 innings. Warsaw scored at least one run in every frame, pounding out 16 hits while only striking out one time on the night. Addison Eastwood led the Lady Tigers with a 4-4 night at the plate, driving in 2 runs. She was one of six Warsaw batters to get multiple hits. Eastwood was solid inside the circle, allowing 2 earned runs on 8 hits in 4 innings. Warsaw's win puts them at 3-1. The three wins passes their win total of all of last season (2). Their doubleheader Saturday vs Snider has been called off due to heavy rains expected overnight.
