The #2-#5 batters shined as the Warsaw varsity baseball team finished league play with a 10-4 win at Mishawaka Thursday. The game was postponed a day because of rainy conditions in Northern Indiana. Logan Kim, Grady Nelson, Quinton Brock and Hunter Dippon combined to go 7-15 with 9 runs scored and 5 RBIs. That was plenty of offensive support for the trio of Zac Miller, Brock Bowser and Kellen Bailey, who held the Cavemen to 2 earned runs and 4 hits on the night. Warsaw wins the Northern Lakes Conference with a record of 12-2, taking the title by 2 full games over Northridge.
