JV Football Wins Big Over Snider

The Warsaw Tigers "JV Jammers" dominated the Fort Wayne Snider Panthers Saturday morning at Fisher Field with an impressive 44-14 Victory. Warsaw showcased their offensive firepower and defensive prowess in dominating fashion. The Tigers’ relentless rushing attack and key defensive plays fueled an outstanding performance. The Tigers jumped out to a 26-7 lead by half. Nolin Himes had a 48-yard rushing touchdown run, while Jack Bradford electrified the crowd with three rushing scores of his own, breaking free for 61, 58, and 19 yard Touchdowns. Brady Sauer added a 52-yard touchdown run and also contributed through the air, hitting Zecharias Wright for a 35-yard touchdown pass. Kendrick Stookey, Jack Bradford, and Nathan Trusty each converted 2 point attempts! Defensively, Jett Bender-Roe made his presence felt with two interceptions, stifling Snider’s passing game. Defensive standouts included Walker Perry, Ryan Carnes, and Jacob Stofer. Warsaw improved to 1 - 0 on the season and will travel to Warren Central High School next Saturday. Kickoff is slated for 11:00 am.
